Fyi I never wear any girdle, bengkung, bedung, corset, spanx or any similar form like that. It was only applicable for me during my strict confinement for 45days. And now I go out with free-belly

No secret. I dont drink or take anything for shortcut. Just exercise. This week alone I workout 🏋🏼♀️6x aweek. Truthful is, my schedule is as pack as all of you.

What I had this week was: site visit👷🏻♀️event planner meeting🗓fitting 👗dentist😬 functions📸 mengaji 🕉 hair treatment💇🏻♀️ mammogram☢️ medical check-up👩🏻⚕️ team discussion📋 food tasting🍰 family time👨👩👧👧 writting📝 friends catchups👯♀️mani/padi💅🏻etc. Moral: YOU JUST HAVE TO MAKE TIME then you’ll love your own body
